The CSH business enterprise started
its operations in the 1940s. Having grown from a firewood
supplier then to a manufacturer of furniture components
and louvre doors in the 1970s, CSH, was incorporated
in 1979 to take over the partnership business. CSH
is today a leading manufacturer and distributor of
quality timber doors and joinery products in the international
marketplace.
Based in Singapore, CSH is a public-listed
company on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange.
As the Group’s headquarters, it controls and
coordinates the Group’s purchasing, production,
research and development, business development as
well as finance and administration activities. As
corporate marketing centre, the headquarters in
Singapore also services the entire global marketing
network of the Group.
CSH Global Distribution Pte Ltd
(CSH Global) was set up in 1995 as a trading arm
which leveraged on the supply and marketing networks
of the Group. In recent years, it has also taken
on the role as a marketing and contracting arm of
the Group, specialising in timber doors and related
products in the local building industry. Through
our subsidiary, CSH Global, we work closely with
our customers to enhance the value of their development
projects by supplying quality products customised
to their special needs. Since the Group’s
entrance into the project markets, we have supplied
our doors to a number of high-end residential projects
in Singapore.
